Hey folks,

I have been following up with Igor's list and it strange I just saw an approval for a CSC petioner with NOA1 date of March 2, 2009. They seem to be moving backwards rather than forward. It's almost like its following VSC patterns. I hate the fact that they skip around. I think at this rate I am looking at an approval of Oct 09 for my petition. They have been really slow this past week. I really hope they pick up their pace. Anyone can shed any light on whats going on?

Not enough data is being put into the system probably to give you a more accurate predicition.

Remember - VJ entries are a very small number of the actual cases the service centers are dealing with.

(there could be 1000's that are moving faster than yours)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

 Yeah, that would be awesome if VJers were the only ones in the system. We could all have our visas issued within a month of initial filing

Plus, I would guess that some petitions might take longer to get through than others.

Or... the person reviewing the case called in sick a couple days, then had to get caught up when they came back.

A big fiasco happened at the hole punching machine. :D (this would happen if I was the one doing it)

(j/k)

Could be anything, couldn't it. :D
