Is Form I-693 necessary for AOS interview

We just got notification of our AOS interview for August. My question is, since we have received no RFE's and we have a copy of the DS-3025 (within a year from the application date) with all vaccinations current, is it still necessary to see a civil surgeon and provide the I-693 at the interview  ?

Your DS3025 will be fine. It's worked for transfers and for people interviewing who had all shots recorded on it with no more needed in the US.

Did you get your AOS approved with just the DS-3025? or did you submit the I-693 with the I-495? Just curious. I would think that whatever work for your application would be fine.

It's hard to say. Most people (if not all) people who got approved without an I-693 did it through CSC, without an interview. Since you will be interviewed, you might want to bring the form to the interview, just in case.

Does it say to bring a medical form on the interview letter? If so, I would bring it since you didn't include it.

You might be able to get by without it, or the IO may request it and then you won't get approved right away. It's your call, how much of a risk taker are you?

Highway Star had an interview letter that mentioned bringing medical info to the interview. It's pretty standard rhetoric. She took the DS3025 (but had also submitted it with her AOS application.) The medical never was mentioned in the interview and she was approved on the spot. If your shots are complete, the DS3025 should accepted.
