ok so i guess this question applies to both the i134 and the i864... though i know the i864 is a little bit bigger of a deal. it has to do with the required income for the household size...

i dont have any dependents, but i am listed as a dependent on my parents tax returns automatically because i still live with them. does that affect my "household size" (from 2 to 5) or my requirements? i am planning on moving out with my fiancee once she gets here into our own place. i am making just enough for a household of 2 but no more than that.

also, can i use the i864a form if it was necessary (in the case above) even though i will be moving out and my parents will no longer be a household member once we are out?

lemme know if my questions need clarification. thanks

As long as you are filing with the "home address" then you can use a parent as a co/joint sponsor. For the I-134 your parent (single person, not both) fills out an I-134 with their info. You also fill out an I-134 (and later the I-864) as petitioner/primary sponsor. For the I-864 your parent fills out an I-864A.

Your household size is 2. From what you say the parent's household size is 5.

so the "household size" for the affidavit would be 5 (me, my fiancee, my mom, dad and brother) if i was still living in my parents house at the time of filing even though my fiancee is the only one that will be my dependent? thats not fair lol. i would definitely need a co-sponsor then.

and would the 864a which my dad would sign be null-and-void after our moving out, because my dad would no long be a household member?

Your household will be 2 (you and fiance). For your parent it will be 5 (Dad, Mom, sibling, you, fiance) according to your info.

Dad can still be your sponsor if you don't live there it is just an I-864 instead of I-864A. If he doesn't claim you on his 2009 taxes then his household size would decrease by 1 to 4.
