Hi there,

I was going to submit the original blue sheet with my RFE response packet, but then I noticed two conflicting instructions. In large all-caps, it says "Return this notice on top of the requested information" etc. But at the bottom of the same page, it says "Save this notice. Please enclose a copy of it if you write to us about this case" etc.

So am I to assume when they say to return this notice, they mean a copy of it? Or do they want me to save a copy for myself and send them the original?

You send the original with your response to the RFE and keep a copy.
