ANOTHER EAD QUESTION

Hi all,

Has anyone answered YES to question 11 on the I-765 Employment Authorization Document:

11. Have you ever applied for employment authorization from USCIS?

Which USCIS Office? Date(s)

Results (Granted or Denied - attach all documentation)

My Situation:

I have worked in the U.S. for eight seasons in the past under an H-2B

My Questions:

1. Does this mean that I need to ask my employer for ALL of the approval notices for every year that I have worked for them?

2. Would that even be the proper (attach all documentation) they are looking for?

3. Would they accept copies of my H-2B's if they are on file?

4. If neither of these are obtainable, do I need to call the USCIS office that was used for my work visas to get documentation mailed to me?

5. Should I just pay a lawyer to fill this stuff out?

Thanks in advance for your time and patience.

Sheila
