According to their website they are still processing November, 2008 at Vermont for the I--129f's. Unfortunately, this is the hardest part of the process. Good luck on your journey

According to their website they WERE processing November 25 cases as of April 30. This is a key part that seems to be overlooked when you call USCIS or your Senators/congressman for case assistance. Everyone quotes November 25... but that's the day they were processing over 2 MONTHS ago.

I'm frustrated that they just changed it to say Nov 25 instead of "6 months" on June 15. I hit 6 months on June 24, 9 days later. But I'm considered to be in the current processing time because the website says "Nov 25" even though it says as of April 30.

Other info from the USCIS indicates that they're processing more cases than they receive per month. So if I use that info and extrapolation, they're AT LEAST processing January 25 cases now.
