Are you all still sleeping from celebrating too much?!!

I am starting to revert back to sleeping late and feeling crappy the next day. Ughh i really need to just turn this thing off at 11pm and go to bed.

I started going to bed earlier now too and waking up just before Waleed is home. I used to stay up at night and wait for him to get home so I don't know what switched? Now in the day time he won't go to sleep unless I go to bed with him and lay down with him for awhile. He's like a little boy. He says you're just tricking me you're going to put me to bed and then not lay down with me so I always have to lay down with him till he falls asleep. Now I lovingly call him baby boy. I can tell when he needs to sleep and when I need to put him to bed because he gets cranky. I say lets put baby boy to bed now you're getting cranky. He's too cute! I think it's something his Mom must have trained in him when he was so little.

Good Morning. We had a wonderful time watching the fireworks! Another weekend almost gone, i wish i had monday off. It's off to the grocery store and i need to buy my dog another bed, she tore her other one apart.

We drove to the river last night. I like to walk on the docks and just bend my head down towards the water and scream into it....let the water carry my frustrations away. It was a good night.

A bit lonely this morning with the one dog gone.

Hi All~~

hope everyone had a good 4th of July. We did indeed have a good time. My neighborhood sounded like a war zone. We decided to go down to our friends house while they lit fireworks off. I don't like being so close! Anyway, Maggie and I kept moving around trying to stay away from potential stray flames and falling object. Well, one of their fireworks tipped over and went straight into a bush where Maggie and I had just moved from!!! Holy cannoli that was scary! Anyway, no fires and no injuries--PRAISE GOD!

So it's the morning after and I am rechecking and repacking my suitcase. ONLY 2 DAYS until I leave for Morocco...so excited!

We had a great evening. We had our BBQ and then went to a local high school to watch the fireworks and wow was it a great show. On the way home we got to see the firework show at the fair grounds so that was great. Then I got to see that my dog was not as freaked out as usual and that the one tranquilizer was enough. My neighborhood alos sounded like a war zone. Hasan was very tired with little sleep so as soon as we got home he went to bed but it all was wonderful. Today we are going to go see Transformers and I am also hoping to see Ice Age cos I love 3d movies and Hasan has never seen one.

Well hope everyones night was good and today is a great day.

Hey everyone, maybe going out to the beach with some friends this afternoon. I will not get in though, I don't like the sand or the water. I will just sit on a towel and take in the sun. It is hot and humid today in Texas. Probably about 100 or so now. Farid hates it but I love it.
