Hi there,

I just wanted to wish good luck to everyone!

We sent our application by the end of July. According to Igor's list we are listed at 494 at the moment.

I hope this time will fly by and every one of us will be done with this part of the process.

Take care and I am looking forward to hearing from you in the future.

Robert

Please check this link

When you create your personal timeline (all dates including NOA1, NOA2 etc.) you should be listed there.

Based on all this statistics it tells you when your application might be reviewed (approved).

The time will go fast. :)

I'm going over there mid October for 5 weeks. I can't wait! I haven't been there for Spring yet. His son is getting married and I'm going over for the wedding and then we're taking off in his motorhome for a nice long and leisurely trip.

Hi All,

I am pretty excited and counting down as I will be vising my fiance in 2 and half weeks.. Only a two week trip but i guess its better then nothing.

What do you guys think about us getting approval earlier then anticipated?? I mean if you look at igor listing May and June applications dont seem as large as previous months listings?? Is it wishful thinking on my part??

Yeah that's true. They're getting through around 6-8 applications per day lately from what i see on the list. So if we're ranked 340 divide it by 6...that's 56 more days and 114 days total for our approval.... maybe wishful thinking...but whatever! :star:

It's more than possible.

There have been reports that say there's way less petitions this year (probably due to recession) and it's quite obvious when you look at Igor's list.

But it also means that some USCIS agents will get laid off.

If I remember correctly July 07 filers got their approval in October.

You all have trips planned still. :(

Mon monkey came here in May for 10 days, I went there for almost 3 weeks in July...

But now we're pretty much on the saving $$$ mode...

Bleh.

Last significant immigration event:

ROC: Approved : 04/17/2013

USCIS works in mysterious ways...

Hey all! Another July filer here.

Any reason for the # discrepency between "http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?visa=1&form=1&scenter=2&option=2&sortby=2" and "http://cse.ssl.berkeley.edu/igor/vjdata/vsc.aspx"?

We're 486 on one and 391 on the other.

Ah, figured it out. The first one has I-129Fs still in the process that were sent in Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb. The second starts their count at the ones which were sent in March. About a 100 person difference. I kind of like the visual of the first one so that is what I tend to use.

I think you guys are definitely on the right track. It may take some time for more people to find VJ and set up a profile and timeline but still think there is a natural trend downward. March seemed large but April is still down from there and so forth. I am going to continue thinking positive.

So happy. :luv:
