Thanks for the support... although I am losing it.. I got email last night that my case is started again cause RFE is recieved.

Pray that I can get answer in 2 weeks.. would be the happiest day..

Congratulations PeruvyandGringa!!! I am so happy for you!!! :dance:

I went to have the medical this morning - blood and x-ray. I am so lucky that the clinic is right downstairs from my office. So now I am in my office waiting to go back at 12:30 for the paperwork and then again at 3 pm to get the results of the blood test and x-ray. I will keep you posted.

I keep praying for those still waiting for their NOA2. Don't lose faith! You'll get it soon! :energy:

This waiting game is killing me...

So my file was touched on 14th which I understood to update the case with my RFE.. Then on 15th which meant they are going to send me a mail notice.. but what on earth they touch my file this morning at 7 AM!!

Could it be true that I am going to hear something.. or just a way for them to play with our feelings...

I know everyone glad it is Friday.. but this means I have to wait for Monday to see what else will happen..

Sorry .. just venting over here...

Yes, I wanna know that too.. because we dont have any touches yet :(.. (last touch on july 20, and we got our noa1 in july 14) Smrc, I am so sad.. Our VJ timeline has passed, and lot of August and even September filers are getting their noa2..

I dont know what is happening?! Are we so suspicious to them, or boring haha :blink:

I got an email on 10-02-09 saying that my application has been approved. I checked my status on the USCIS website, and my application was touched on the 02nd. I don't know if it was touched prior to that date.

Good luck to you. I really feel that your approval is coming very soon.
