I just checked my status on USCIS website like I do everyday, and found out that our I-129F got APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It only took us 65 days since NOA1!!!!

This is way earlier than what we expected, but I'm not complaining!!!!!!!!

I knew I had some good feeling about October...

It's 4 a.m. here and I should go back to sleep, but I'm too excited!!!!!

Bravo Yoshi!!! :star:

Though I doubt you'll be able to sleep again for this night. :P

Ah well it's the week-end. Enjoy it :)

I'm getting depressed too.

My monkey, with his asian genes, is like "sweety, there's nothing you can do to speed this, so why do you worry already?" with some kind of a freaky zen voice.

Then I feel like shaking him like a banana tree. I set the text message alert on his cellphone, but he forgets it at home most of the time... So I'm sure I'll find out before he does.

I wish I had his patience...

Cheer up musho! Think about all the joy and happyness you will experience when you will finally get together with your loved one! I know I will! ;)

It is only a matter of time now and I am sure that we will get it too sometime in the next two weeks. You'll see.

If I send you a big hug will it help? :P

Just hang in there. We've been through worse, right?

Hurry up VSC! :clock:

You guys are so wonderful! Thank you very for those kind words.. It means so much when I see that we are not alone!

Thanks for the hug" It helped (F):) !!!

You are right.. I always say to my self and to my love that at first we expected our NOA2 in December.. so that it is normal that we dont get it before that month, but if we do, it is like you said "a bonus"!

SOOO.. CONGRATULATIONS FOR ALL OF YOU THAT YOU GOT YOUR NOA2, AND GOOD LUCK IN REST OF THE JOURNEY.. AND FOR OTHERS THAT DIDNT GET IT YET, WE WILL WITH GOD`S HELP :star:

I was so excited that VSC started moving so fast and that we got approved much earlier than anticipated. But I called the NVC tonight and found out we have been put into AP  I hope that won't hold up the process too much

From what I read it seems to be very random, from a very few days to a few months.

I wouldn't worry for now, it seems to be quite common to be put on AP at the NVC stage.

Sometimes, I'm not sure that knowing all those stuffs is a good thing, we probably all tend to overworry... :)

Hi all,

Congrats to all for got their NOA2.. I am still waiting for that damn paper to come to my house in Texas. I traveled to Amman to see my fiancé who left his APO to finish some business in Jordan. It is nice to be here close to him because he keeps telling to be patient because we will know what RFE is is all about. Imagine telling a woman to wait.. It is like giving her a Knife t stab herself...

I kept calling my Dad to check the mail box, 5 more hours and I will call again to see if it landed in my box... if not, then It better be there Monday.. How long it takes for a RFE letter to show up!

Tomorrow is Sunday will say a prayer to all..

Just on a side note: looks like our counterparts (July '09 CSCers) are starting to get their NOA2s as well. :star:

There is something inside of me that keeps thinking all remaining July '09ers at the VSC will be approved by the 17th of October. So looking forward to seeing approvals every day for the next 2 weeks.

I can't remember who commented on this before, but I too have been looking through some of the people still listed on the VSC Immigration Timeline from previous months (Dec, Jan, etc) and either 1) they haven't signed on in 4+ mths 2) they made comments that they weren't able to update their timeline and were approved many moons ago or 3) they are legit filers that are still waiting. Wish there was a way to do a major clean-up. Have a great weekend everyone.

Thank you so much! We are still waiting for the hard copy to arrive anytime this week. Its really good to update checking the email in advance. Hehe.

Will the instructions be included in the NOA2 letter including the NVC number so my fiance can call and confirm? What would the conditions be if our case will be under AP? (is that additional processing or administrative process?) Whichever, I hope it won't be...

I called the NVC about 4 days after our approval date. Use the number 603-334-0700, wait a while and then select 5 which says speak to an operator or rep something like that. Gave them our EAC#####... number, they asked for the beneficiary name, dob, the petitioner name, dob. Then they give you a case number that will be used at the consultate. Ours began with LND because of the London Embassy. Also ask them when the package was shipped to your Embassy. Next can try to follow it on www.dhl.com.
