Hello, i have a few questions reguarding the new I-134 form. I will tell you my situation, so you guys can help me how to fill it out.

My fiancee will be having her interview soon. We have a son together who passed his CRBA and got his passport and everything. Basically he's a US citizen. Below are the questions i have reguarding the i-134, please help me thank very much

Q1****HCM will accept the new I-134 without it being notarized right?

Q2****A few people on here passed their interview without IRS transcript or W2 or paystubs. The bank statement + an employment letter showing current income, salary, and etc is good enough right?

Q3****each applicant must have his/her own I-134 at the interview, since our son is a US citizen and will not be attending the interview with his mother, therefore, only 1 i-134 form is needed right??

Q4****Please help me fill out the following questions on the form which i'm confused.

# 3: Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:

# 8: The following persons are dependent upon me for support ( check the box in the approriate column to indicate whether the person named is wholly or partially dependent upon you for support.

yes

Q2****A few people on here passed their interview without IRS transcript or W2 or paystubs. The bank statement + an employment letter showing current income, salary, and etc is good enough right?

More is better in HCMC.. call the IRS and have them fax the transcripts to you.

Q3****each applicant must have his/her own I-134 at the interview, since our son is a US citizen and will not be attending the interview with his mother, therefore, only 1 i-134 form is needed right??

It sounds like you are sponsoring her.. only need her on there as the child does not need a visa. Child goes in #8

Q4****Please help me fill out the following questions on the form which i'm confused.

# 3: Name of spouse and children accompanying or following to join person:

Her info he is already here based on US passport

# 8: The following persons are dependent upon me for support ( check the box in the approriate column to indicate whether the person named is wholly or partially dependent upon you for support.

See above... and does anyone other than you support the child? Likely wholly supported by you..

barcode is on all new ones..

I will be supporting our child, so put the child's name in number 8 on the WHOLLY side?

What do you mean by her info??

put her info under number 3 and not the child under accompany or following?

# 3 is where you put her name etc.. no child accompanying..

child is technically here... no visa needed for child.. so child goes in #8 unless there is another child that I missed in the scenario...

They just want to see who you will support..

You are #1

She is #3

He is #8 wholly.. no help from some other USC.

As long as you can show that you make enough money this should not be an issue... try to have as much documentation showing how much $ you made this year and last.

Neither WHOLLY or PARTIALLY will not help decrease the amount of income they're asking for a household of 3 right??
