I love that picture....thank you.

Today feels very strange. I keep thinking I have to feed her, make sure her water is fresh, let her out....

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

She was 17. I think her heart gave out, and she passed away about 20 minutes ago in my arms. :crying:

I know she is happy in paradise now with her brothers and sisters who went before her. She will forever be in my heart.

Beagles are the cutest dogs ever. I am so sorry I had two beagles when I was married and my ex got them in the divorce. I miss them so much so I feel your pain :crying:

Awww NAGI!!! HUGS babes.....I'm so sorry for your loss.

You know I just "adopted" (well found her) a little beagle...she's about 6-9 months old. What a cutie pie. I have named her Penelope! My hubby just calls her Penny. :P She and Angus are best buddies and he can't stop cuddling with her...I will have to post pictures soon!

May your little beagle rest in peace...what an amazing amount of time she had with you and thank god you rescued her and gave her a wonderful happy home with other loved pets! (F)

Dunno if this helps or not, but I hope it will. Someone sent it to me when I lost my beloved Westie, Prince after 12.5 years.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Nagi I heard you mention earlier in MENA that you had to cremate your dog. I am so sorry for your loss. Sounds like your little doggy had a long life and was able to be where it needed to be when it was time. I know it's hard, but it's in a better place. Hugs. (F)

Thanks, 100% AAF. Well, the sad news is they could not cremate her today, although I did take her there and they saw to it properly that she will be preserved until tomorrow morning. I will go there tomorrow bright and early and watch her ' go in ' and later they will call me and I will go back to watch her ' come

out ' then bring her home.
