Hi, just an update:

after getting the RFE for my I129F on Saturday, I went to check my profiles on the USCIS website-no change but to my surprise I had 2 emails sayingthat my I130 has been sent to california, this must mean more wait time? Or should I be happy?????????

Can someone tell me please??????????

Don't worry its not just two of you. Today i received my email that my file had been transfered today or would be tomorrow to CSC. Things just keep getting better and better. :crying:

finally recieved the snail mail I797 that the case was transfer with a notice date of July 6,2006 at least the receipt date stays the same ( 4/8/06).

Ane of you guys got word about the K3 RFE?

I got touched so many days since the transfer you guys think we might be getting approved soon????
