Hi, just an update:

after getting the RFE for my I129F on Saturday, I went to check my profiles on the USCIS website-no change but to my surprise I had 2 emails sayingthat my I130 has been sent to california, this must mean more wait time? Or should I be happy?????????

Can someone tell me please??????????

I do not wish to share any information about this dead end journey.........I have reached my final destination on this train, and it is time for me to get off.

yes it does, but I feel a little better knowing I'm not alone! I though they had really screwed up this time!!! Only a few days difference in the processing dates. A week apart is a week apart at any rate. Just hope I can find a little more patience!!!!!

Shute.........that actually sucks for those going through both centers. I hope it is only a short temporary situation for all those concerned. CSC is already lagging behind VSC in processing across the board.

I just got two emails that said my I130 has been transferred from VSC to CSC too. What's going on???

I tried calling the 949 # that they give when you call the 800 # but it is disconnected- go figures.

Lets all just keep our fingers cross and see what happens........ :(

I received the same notice yesterday also. I was also wondering if it was something specific that was wrong with my case. I hope now that this doesn't mean we are all totally screwed. What is the deal?

You can add me to the list too--languageladki--I found out yesterday as well--transfered from Vermont to CSC. It does stink. I also called the 949 number and found it disconnected.

Hi...I just saw that you added me to the list...the date of my NOA1 was 4/13/2006 like yours..some coincidence huh? Let's hope and pray this is not bad news for all of us transferees. Thanks

You can add me to the list. I received my NOA-1 on March 6, 2006. I had no activity after that, until I received the email telling me our file was sent to CSC for processing on July 6, 2006.
