Ok perhaps i am over reacting and perhaps this is just a reaction to the fact they still haven't remembered to notify us about our k1 petition approval from last ruddy September  , but i am seeing people on here now who filled almost same day as me for AOS and have their biometrics appointment letter already and also people who filed a week after me have theres as well and i am starting to worry that they either forgot me (again :crying: ) or its lost in the post. should i be worried? i don't want to wait weeks and get a denial letter for failing to turn up to biometrics because i didn't think to check if something was wrong. It seems people only have a matter of weeks between getting the notice and the actual appointment.

the noa1s were dated on the 18th June. we were touched the 19th (when check when through) and on the 23rd June. there is no change to the wording on line it still says...Current Status: Fingerprint fee accepted; receipt notice mailed and case pending

so 14 days after the noa1 date(ok doesn't seem so long on paper but there are people on here who already have theirs and they filed after and at same time.) Should I be concerned and should I be checking up on it? If so which is the best phone# to call?

Do they have to get rfes out of the way before they issue the biometrics? because we may or may not have one on the way (fingers crossed not and it works, but the possibilty is there because of our noa2 being missing)
