How to prepare for Interview (k3)

Im from the philippines and im married with an American citizen .We had our wedding held in the philippines last 2005.I arrived in the US 2007, with k3 visa.... I had my biometric last May 2009 and my interview for my adjustment of status ( 2 years green card) will be July 30. My husband procastinate alot of things including my papersI am wondering if anyone/anybody can Help me how to prepare for my interview such as specific questions being ask and what are the things i need to know. I would really appreciate it alot.thanks!!!

I think you would get the permanent green card since you have been marriage for more than a year. As for the interview there are sample question in the guides or you could type in marriage interview sample questions or something like that on google and they'll come up. Remember there are SAMPLE questions so they may or may not be the same. They are simple personal questions about you daily life and stuff like that that only married people would know. Also show proof or your relationship with the mingling of assets or accounts and stuff like that.

You should prepare proofs such as shared bank accounts; both names on bills like utilities, phone, credit cards, life insurance policies, health insurance; etc.

The qeustions will vary per interviewer. Ours asked questions like spouse's birth date, spouse's parent's names, if we had met each others parents, etc.

Edit: Since you have been married longer than two years, the interview will be for a 10 year green card and not the conditional two year card.

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date
