Karri, your timeline is almost identical to mine. I am still waiting too, the last one in the June forum. I got those two october touches and then nothing since then.

Thanks starburst. Yes, I am really hoping that after I did my repeat bio next tuesday. Processing will move faster for me. I am just praying and hoping for the best right now.

Karri and movingsoon. We are all waiting right now. Karri, we have the same timeline. The reason why my AOS is delayed is they asked me to do the biometrics again and I am scheduled next Tuesday. Hopefully things will be ok after that.

Not that I'm aware of. I was transferred to CSC like the rest of the group but I had a co sponsor cause I wasn't working at the time. Don't know if that hurt me.

Hi everyone! Is there anyone here that's been transferred to CSC and is still waiting?

I am a September filer - AOS sent on Sep 9. Everyone in the Sep forum (except me!) has been either approved or is waiting for an interview. Several October filers are receiving their approvals. My case has however not been touched since October. I have had no RFEs.

I called USCIS and they told me to wait until June / July next year and if I haven't received the GC by then, to call them to receive a new EAD and AP. I said the processing time on their website is 4 months and she answered that is VERY unusual....

Has anyone here been in the same situation? Have you contacted USCIS? Is there anything one can do except for waiting??

Hi my case has been transferred to CSC last July and until now im still waiting. But in my case they asked me to do the biometrics again which I did last tuesday, they said they cannot read my fingerprints so i have to do it again. Hopefully, doing that will make my processing a lot faster. I have a question for you, did you do change address or something coz with mine, I did the change address, I have all the receipts that it was changed but CSC didnt updated my new address so the letter for 2nd biometrics schedule was sent to my old address. Thank God my old address was my In-laws so it's still easier for me to get mails on their house.

I didn't change my address or do any changes. I applied, got NOA (9/15), and then transfer to CSC on 10/2. I was supposed to have my biometrics on 10/15 but we were on our late honeymoon then and I asked for a new date and got 10/24. I did the biometrics on a Saturday and on the Monday, my EAD was approved (my AP had been approved the week before). MY AOS was touched on 10/26 and 10/27 (right after biometrics) and since then nothing. No touch, no RFE, nothing.

You're in New York and I'm in Connecticut. Maybe it's the same person taking the NY and CT cases and that person is a bit unorganized or slower than others??
