Nope no touch since 8/31 here.July Filers with Interview next Tuesday.

Met on May 17,2005

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009

Nope no touch since 8/31 here.July Filers with Interview next Tuesday.

I think they meant pending CSC transfers. An interview case wouldn't get a touch before the interview.

12/23/08 - Yilmaz received approval letter for his waiver in mail!!!

03/18/09 - 2nd IV interview in Ankara

03/18/09 - Visa approved. Will be sent via UPS to his home address

03/25/09 - Received visa at home address

04/18/09 - Arrival in U.S.!!!!!!

05/21/09 - Married on the beach in Hawaii

07/12/09 - Mailed AOS papers via FedEX

7/18/09 - NOA for AOS/EAD/AP

7/30/09 - I-485 transferred to CSC

8/19/09 - Biometrics appointment @ 11 AM---COMPLETED

8/30/09 - AP approved (recieved 2 hard copies in mail on 9/5/09)

same here, i got a touch too for my GC. They emailed me last Oct 16. I thought it was an approval but was just a touch. Im still happy to know they are working on it now. It's weird how we all got the emails/touches at the same time.:)

The online system is totally unreliable guys. It is still showing I 130 under review and my GC was approved 10 days ago :jest:

Good luck to all of those still waiting I am sure you will get some good news soon. :thumbs:

It does seem very strange that most people who were transfered to CSC got a touch at the same time last Friday evening. System glitch possibly?
