JUST GOT MY AOS GC APPROVAL EMAIL!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!

We are sitting in the movie theatre...and I thought it was an RFE!!!! That was soooo fast!!!! So flipping excited!!!!!

Hi again - we are the May filers who recently posted that we are about the only May ones left without GC. Just got the second RFE. It says that my husband needs the whole medical exam, even though he is a K1 and just had his medical in Feb. Anyone had this issue? Thanks.

Dang Heather, they just refuse to leave you alone. Sometimes people get stuck with bad luck, I hope it changes.

Hey everyone just got a mail today from USCIS a notice of my interview i now started feeling nervous but all i have to do is start gathering all of the documents that i need to bring for my interview which is stated in the notice...and would like to congrats to some lucky july fillers who got approved without the interview..and for those who are waiting just hang on...your time will come...god bless

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

Hmm.....people who are transferred don't have interviews, right? That's always been my assumption. Not that I've seen that happen to anyone, but I'm just curious now. My hubby is going back home for a visit in November, and naturally, I like to needlessly freak myself out over things :blush:

yah..and thank God for that..this is Gods gift to us for waiting our bio for almost a month..liked cherryred im also starting to get nervous..but as you've guys said there is nothing to worry about..think positive.. :yes:

and im also excited to go to DMV tomorrow..gonna get my permit so i can start practicing again for the preparation for job hunting..
