I'm noticing a lot of people have been getting touches after the initial Bio touch. We haven't had any touches since 8/13. :( I'm still worried they didn't like his fingerprints!

I'm sure it's okay!! The girl who did mine had to do them a couple of times and actually said she might need me to come back!

I didn't get my ead/ap approved for almost a month after my bio.

Hope we hear some more news this week for you and everyone else!

YAY they liked his special fingerprints afterall :devil::dance:

I didn't want to tempt fate, but I did think if he managed to get fingerprinted and on the system at the POE he would be fine - I am glad that was indeed the case. :thumbs:

I am having problems to access GMAIL.. in google I saw that GMAIL website is currently down and on the way on fixing it..

I checked my POrtfolio in USCIS website,,and......................................

CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE!!!!! looks like a few of us July filers have received good news today!!!1 :dance: :dance: :dance: My husband also received an email today stating that his employment card has been ordered and on Saturday 08/29, we received the interview date for 10/07. For the others still waiting to hear some new. I'm praying for all of you and I'm sure something will arrive soon. :thumbs: :thumbs:

so i haven't visited USCIS website for a week now, cuz i thought i can only be "touch" after my bio appt..

but what a surprise when i opened my portfolio my EAD was "TOUCHED" yesterday 8-31.. :dance:

i really can't believed what i just saw..but it's true..touch...touch...touch :dance:

i'm so happy..atleast now i know they we're also touching my papers even if i've waited a month just for the bio notice..it's worth the waiting..

Congrats on all the approvals.. I hope i'll have my EAD soon too.. I was looking at my timeline here and it says that my EAD should be adjucated by August 24-31 and if its not approved yet then I should call the USCIS. Do u think i should do this? Or just wait for email?

Lostfairy, our timelines are identical - almost to the exact days. Except that my bio walk-in was declined.

08/21/09 - Got EAD Card in the mail!! :D

09/24/09 - Interview Date: 9:00am - APPROVED
