nothing new here, except last night I dreamed I got an RFE, ugh lol. Thank God it was just a dream.

Don't you hate those?

I've been having weird dreams that no one showed up to the little wedding reception we are planning next year! Scary!

The mail man has been driving me nuts with showing up lately!! Grrr!

AOS Short Version:

06/26/09 - Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox!

07/07/09 - NOA's Arrive for AP, AOS & EAD [dated 07/01/09]

07/17/09 - Biometrics Completed [ Completed in 17 Days ]

08/12/09 - EAD APPROVED! Card Ordered! [Approved in 47 Days]

08/20/09 - Interview notice arrived dated 08/18/09 - Sept 24th/09

08/21/09 - Got EAD Card in the mail!! :D

09/24/09 - Interview Date: 9:00am - APPROVED

10/03/09 -Received GC!!!!!

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval : 86 Days

ROC:

04/01/11 - Preparing for ROC currently

06/27/11 - ROC Mailed!

07/02/11 - NOA1 Arrived [dated 06/30/11]

07/13/11 - Biometrics letter arrived [08/01/11]

10/31/11 - Final Approval!

11/04/11 - Received new card today.

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval: 125 Days

Next Step will be citizenship in June 2012!

At least he shows up! Ours comes only a few days a week - I find it hard to believe there's not even junk mail to deliver! AOS was touched today. hmmm....

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!

Oh believe me I would say 5/6 days it's junk mail!!! I can't believe the amount of junk mail I get here vs in Canada! It's insane!

just an update of my case..35 days but havent receive bio apt..

so earlier this day we called USCIS regarding my bio apt..my husband was the one who spoke to them..they just asked for my permission if my husband can give them any personal information..so i said yes offcourse..so my husband told them that he is the petitioner and until now i havent receive my bio apt after almost a month..so the guy asked for my name,add,bday,etc..so the guy told my husband that we need to wait 30-45 days from filing my AOS..and they gave my husband the SERVICE REQUEST (the guy was typing a message saying that the petitioner is asking if they can full my papers and send my bio apt,(something like that)..)after that they gave us REFERRAL NUMBER (in case we havent receive it after 45 days)..they said maybe my papers was just missedplace thats why maybe they havent send it yet..and said they were gonna prioritized my husbands request(i really hope so)..they were gonna send it b4 the 45 days..I WISH..

atleast now i know somethin about my case..

I'm sorry uma they are giving you such a hard time. I really hope you hear something this week!

thanks starbust..if i still dont have my bio thiis week im goin to call them again on monday because thats the 45th day from the day i sent my aos..its drivin me crazy ..

I thought it was 45 days from the time you called on the 30 day mark. Ugh. I like your thinking better, but I have a feeling it's wait 45 days from the time you called to complain about not seeing it :unsure::wacko:

I just noticed filers who wasnt transferred at CSC are moving faster than us who got transferred. I noticed that those who wasnt transferred either have their EAD, AP or interview date already. Am I correct or no? What's happening to CSC? I don't have any updates since i had my bio except for the repeat email. This is so frustrating!!!! :crying:

But congratulations to all those who already have their interview appointments, EAD and AP! Im so happy for u guys. :dance:

Nope... I sent the same day with you, biometrics done on 8 august. I wasn't transferred to CSC. Don't have nothing yet, even interview appointment.

By the way only I485 can be transferred, both I765 and I131 pending at National Benefits Center. So its doesn't matter you was transferred or not...

Nope... I sent the same day with you, biometrics done on 8 august. I wasn't transferred to CSC. Don't have nothing yet, even interview appointment.

Ok. well, maybe im wrong and just getting so frustrated. :) But anyways, how will u know that ur case are being touched? I signed up for the email notifications. The same thing here. Last update on I485 and I765 is August 11, last update I131 is July 7. Touch and update the same things B) I am also not receiving e-mail from CRIS, maybe because system sending e-mail notification if only something serious happens for example - card production ordered etc. As for me e-mail notifications useless because I checking USCIS web site like 4 times a day and 1 time more before sleep :sleepy:

The only thing we got in the mail yesterday was a confirmation of last week's service call to them. It had a standard "wait times for a biometrics appointment may take 3-6 months depending on the service center".....that better be a HUGE overestimate and just some standard mumbo jumbo! :dead:

Confirmation? How its look like? Look like regular NOA? How can be 3-6 months? If they have time frame for EAD 3 months... Don't understand :o

Hi guys,

Just found this site and thought I'd introduce myself! I also filed in July. Just getting to grips with the site, but I have put my timeline in the signature.

I'm starting to get bored of the wait - check email - check uscis site - go to bed - wake up - check again..... its become obsessive. How annoying is it to check every day for a week and then nothing! and on monday, you think... ah must have something to say today... and, no...

Last update was 5th August ... how long is it usually between biometrics and EAD /AP ? I did a walk-in early, and wonder if it even makes a difference!

It's good to know we are all in the same boat and I'm not alone in this.. Hope you are all doing well or being more patient than me ;)
