I havent received mine yet either (although it hasn't been as long for me as for you, but it has been longer than for other people).

I did notice from the sheet that you are also in Chicago. I wonder if our service center is backed up or something.... hopefully we'll get the bio appointments soon!

waited so long also with my bio notice...not even touch...

me too..i havent receive my Bio appt until now..some of July filers already did their bio and their case was already transferred to CSC...

how bout us..?we just received our NOAs and after that no touches,no biometric appt..??? :angry:

Holy Crapola! Our case was transferred to CSC! I honestly didn't think we would have that happen! No interview? :innocent:

Em...except still no biometrics :wacko:

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

yay..congrats.. :D

i dont know that its possible that ur case can be transferred to CSC w/o bio..?i mean most of the time after bio apt was sent or done that was the only time they transfer ur case..

but anyway so are so lucky..did you get it via email from CRIS..?

Yeah I got an email. You know now that you mention it, I'm thinking that with the biometric the post office probably lost the letter! Just like they lost my hubby's social security card! *grumble*

This gives me more excuse to call them about the biometrics then.......

ya u should call them..maybe they really lost ur bio apt notice..it is so strange that they transfer ur case w/o ur bio appt..

maybe ur schedule of bio is also this month,call them asap so u can attend ur bio b4 its too late..

now there were only 3 or 4 of us waiting for the bio appt notice..

There seems to have been a lot of EAD/AP activity in the June/July Filers last night, good news all! Those of you without bios, I really think you should call at this point... star_dragon especially! If you have a bio appt and you miss it because you don't have your letter you're going to be seriously upset! And congrats on your transfer, that's awesome!

Ok, I called this morning (hubby had to be next to me since it's his case now), and they said that I must wait 30 days before they can make an inquiry. So I can call next week. They were very nice about it, and acknowledged that the case had been transferred yesterday. I expressed my concern about missing an appointment, but they said I must wait 30 days. Ah well.......
