Hi, I've got almost the same time line. It's strange that you don't have your checks cashed and you NOA's. I wish you best of luck for next week :thumbs:

I received my Biometrics appointment today it's for 08/01 but I will try to do a walk-in tomorrow, because 08/01 is my wedding reception day :blink: .

Got married 06/13

06/24 package sent ( I130, I485, AP, EAD ) - delivered on 06/26

07/02 checks cashed

NOAs 07/01- received 07/06

Biometrics letter-dated 07/07, received 07/10

07/14 Touch on I130, I131, I765

Biometrics appointment 08/01

08/03 Touch on I765 & I485

08/13 EAD & AP approved

8/14 AP touched

8/17 Received Interview Appointment letter

8/21EAD & AP in the mail

9/22 Interview APPROVED!!!

9/24 Card production ordered e-mail

10/03 GC received !!!

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

Hello July 2009 co-filers! We sent ours July 2nd and package was received July 6th.

Our check is not cashed yet (4 days passed). I am wondering why it is taking too long. :huh:

Would I receive a mail if our check is cashed?

Package returned rejected today. Seems they want the fee for the Fingerprints separately and not one check to include that fee. So beware folks.

New checks written, repackaged and overnighted back to them 7/11/2009 :(

Yes, that's your Case #.

Package returned rejected today. Seems they want the fee for the Fingerprints separately and not one check to include that fee. So beware folks.

New checks written, repackaged and overnighted back to them 7/11/2009 :(

That's weird, I've never heard of that, Karri, how did you send your check, one for $1010?

Edit: Maybe because you filed I-130 rather than I-485... 485 is the only one that takes a combined fee I think.

We sent a separate check for I 130 and then another single check which was for the I 485 and I 765 combined seems they wanted 3 checks instead of 2 :shrugs:

I was a K-1 so I did a combined check and had no problem. fyi, our case # is not coming up in the case status search, maybe I should wait a few days for them to input it in the system?

I was a K-1 so I did a combined check and had no problem. fyi, our case # is not coming up in the case status search, maybe I should wait a few days for them to input it in the system?

I've heard of this happening quite often, I was reading back in the May filers and the same thing happened to some of them. They say don't worry about it, most of them turn up eventually...

I wouldn't worry about your check unless it isn't cashed by... say... the 17th? You'll get a letter saying they received your applications or they'll send your applications back explaining what you did wrong. Don't worry, it's probably fine! It takes some time for the bank to clear the check. I bet you'll hear something Monday or Tuesday.
