Jeez, your case is a bit behind schedule by the looks of things

OK, So on the spreadsheet I changed the listings to be by NOA received dates instead of issued, because we were missing a lot of issued dates from people who have popped in and out. I know it's less accurate but at least we've got everyone listed now.

Added myself onto the spreadsheet, thanks for putting it together. I used the date that was on my receipt notice as the date on the far left.

Here is hoping to us all getting our greencards ASAP!! I have been in the greencard through employment route for 9 years now (originally held up at my company not being able to file because of workforce reductions, and the past 3 years waiting for a number to become available for my AOS). Married a US citizen at the end of April and just filed my marriage based application.

Is anyone else in the same boat as having an outstanding AOS through employment? I had a quick question about whether my existing EAD and AP documents and my employment based AOS will get thrown out now that I'm applying through marriage (I don't really care, my current H-1B is valid through June of next year, hopefully I'll have the marriage based green card by then). Reason I am asking is I've been working at my current job for 9 years stuck here on H-1B visa after H-1B visa, and wouldn't mind looking for a new job using my EAD, but don't want to do that until I apply for a new EAD if it is going to affect my status.

According to VJ spreadsheets 15% of May and June AOS filers have been transferred to CSC. July is at 23% right now and we're almost out of time for people to file this month.

GOT MY BIO NOTICE TODAY

I actually got it for myself and my K2, 5 year old son....not sure if it's a mistake, as I read children under 14, don't need it....but I think perhaps my filing an EAD for him, may have prompted it? I placed a question on the AOS forum main board....

Either way, we have bio appmnts Aug 21, 8am... I have to bring my son anyways, as I have no one to watch him...so whether or not they need him, he'll be there

I was thinking the same thing about CSC transfers.... there have been so many already....that maybe one won't come my way...combined with the fact that my case includes a K2...they may want to interview us.... the only reason why I worry, is because we just changed our address with them, and will be moving again next month....we've been told to not change address again as it may confuse things and just wait till after GC...well if we go to interview with all our proof....most will be in new address.... I hope they don't give us poop for it! lol

i dont know what happened w/ my papers..i still dont have my Bio Appt until now..

i received my NOAs 18th of July.. and what is the date now..my gosh what is happening..?

oh guys i cant put my name on the spreadsheet cuz when i click on the link it just shows Google docs..thats it, so how can i put mine..?

Got my NOAs already. I was wondering can I still receive an RFE after NOAs? Sorry Im just confused because I got mines today but I was wondering what to expect after. Thanks.
