One of my favourite running songs But I usually run listening to 2Step/ UK Garage. Works the best for me.

When I am doing cardio I listen to dance type music, I find the faster beats keep me running faster and longer. My ipod has almsot anything on it.

When doing my weight lifting I listen to more hip hop, but I got to admit there is something vaguely odd about listening to Akon sing "you're so beautiful" when pumped!

Akon, Kanye, Timbaland, Tinchy, Soulja all good for me when I am lifting.
