NOA2 then now whats the next step?

We got out NOA2 but im confuse what to do now.. do we just wait for another notification from nvc?

Is nvc gonna send us packet 3 and packet 4? i heard manila wont be sending packet 4 anymore...but whats on packet 3? do i need to call nvc??

m confuse and dont know what to do pls help..

Approval: 2010-02-16

Greencard Received: 2010-02-25

Removal of Conditions:

1-07-12 Sent I-751 application to CSC

1-11-12 CSC received Application

1-13-12 check cashed

First of all I want to congratulate you on your approval! :star:

VSC will forward your papers to NVC and hopefully NVC will send your papers to USEM a week after NVC got your papers. What you need to do now is to get CENOMAR and BC at NSO, NBI, and gather all the proof of genuine relationship while waiting on your papers to arrive at USEM.

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

WOW, you got your NOA2 incredibly fast...Do not panic about the Packet 3. A couple years back, they would send a "packet 3" by regular mail to the visa applicant. Now it is delivered electronically. The web site where they direct you to if you are applying for a K1 is:

thanks so much for clarifying that for me... i got confuse coz im reading the forums and other ppl are saying they got their packet 3 ... i guess its different from other embassies too...

i already got my nbi, nso birth cert etc.. all i need now is the police clearance...

btw, do u really need to have the document verification?? is that a requirement??

No need to pay for document verification :no: this changes occur late last year. It is good to know that you have those papers already. I suggest na lang for you to stay healthy for your medical :)
