It's not your green card to let expire. She can apply for removal of conditions on her own.

To be pedantic, she doesn't have a need for a "visa" anymore so there isn't a visa "process" to be concerned about. A visa is used to enter the country. Once here an alien adjusts status and becomes a permanent resident with rights to remain....with or without a continuing marriage. Give her the documentation she needs to remove the conditions on her green card without you, a smooth divorce, plenty of child support and move on.

You are one tough hombre.

Why not just divorce and move on from the marriage?

So she has demon and you are willing to let your children go? Bud you need to look at this picture, first of all she can go to catholic charities especially with 2 babies and I am sure she can get help.

i control the money
You look a little controlling just from this post. How easy for you to just say back to your country? #######

monthy payment for the kids
or is the fact that by her living in another country it would be cheaper for you to support the children who have nothing to do with the way the relationship turned out?

before she betrays me
Seriously you may want to seek some type of help my good man Edited by NArocks

Especially if she is "crazy" as this guy suggests. Based on the OP's comments I'm guessing he's a few fries short of a happy meal.
