We had our interview on May 10th. Our Affidavit of Support letters had expired a few days before we sent in our papers. The officer asked us to submit papers either by mail or in person, we did so in person a few days later.

We still have no word on what's going on. The papers haven't been reviewed and its all upto the officer.

Went to Infopass, which is useless because the ppl working there make it their mission in life to make you feel like ####### and not answer any questions.

Does anyone know what we can do? Any #'s to call where we can ask them when the paperwork will be reviewed.

They sent us a biometric (second one, first was for the ead) letter a day after the interview and we completed it that day.

We're in total limbo, since he cant even get his driver's license w/o a greencard. They need clearance.

Can't get a job, because his field requires govt clearance. Very frustrating.

:crying:

Apparently, we have the situation:) I've got anything from USCIS ever since our interview on last June 24. The officer told us after waiting 3-4 weeks we need to make a call and ask the result. Then, today we called the service center and told us that it's still being processed and will take around 120 days. I've also made an appointment for infopass...just trying to see a better outcome.

When you had your infopass appointment, what did the officer tell you? How long does the estimate of the processing time?---told you anything about this. I'm curious, pls let me know.

Hope tomorrow will be GC in your mailbox. My life is also stuck without GC, since I can't make driver's licence.

Best Wishes,

Cherry

The Infopass people are completely useless. They said that its upto the interviewing officer. Could be tomorrow could be next year. There has got to be someone higher up that I can contact to give me some info. This is complete limbo and its just wasting our time.
