Hello;

I was wondering if those of you who entered the US after having your I-130 approved would mind sharing your experience at your Point of Entry. In specific;

  1. Were you pulled aside and asked questions?
  2. Were the Officers nice?
  3. Did you have to present anything other than your visa?

If someone had a bad experience, please share. I'm just trying to get an idea of what my wife I may or may not experience when we arrive at our POE.

Thanks

What is you POE going to be? You can look at my time line and see what the boys experience was here at JFK

Edit you do not enter the country just because the I-130 is approved. You now go through the NVC stage have an interview and hopefully get the visa in the end :)

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Yes I know. We're actually at the Consulate Level now. I should have corrected that on my question. What I meant was for those people who did the CR1. Anyhow, I'm not sure as to my POE yet, but it will either be MIA or FTL. I read your timeline and it's pretty specific, but I hope to get the point of view of from a spouce.

Thanks
