Morning all! No work today - so can someone tell me why I woke up at 5:30 am?

As for favorite spots in JA - I would say Negril is among the tops for me - I am a beach person, and I just love the long, clean beach and the ability to wander for miles in the sand, with crystal clear water. Ochi has too much sea weed for me. I also love live music, and every time in Negril I have seen a major artist - Mostly old school like Yellowman or Frankie Paul, but it brings me back to how I fell in love with reggae. There are still areas I want to visit that I haven't reached yet, though.

Man.... Montego Bay hotels are QUITE expensive compared to Negril hotels. The cheapest one is Toby's and that comes to about $100/night.

I've decided not to book ahead of time online and just show up and go hotel-to-hotel until I find something closer to $70.
