do you guys beleive its unrealistic for ppl of certain differing cultures to try to make a marriage work? i know different strokes for different folks but do u think its highly unlikely that ppl from certain cultures will last long as a union?

On the subject of weed smoking, I have never smoked, but have no problem with a guy that does. My mother and father both smoked heavily and openly in front of us.If anything was a positive thing in that it took away any mystique smoking had.My husband doesn't smoke, but as long as it didn't impact on us, I would have no problem with him smoking...Maybe it's how I was raised, but I really don't see the big deal....

I agree 100% JAE. I grew up around it too and it was always just a natural thing. So when the time came to be pressured into doing it by friends at the age of 14-15 and it was so cool to them to do it, I always felt like I had been there and done that and wasn't interested.

I think the point of this discussion is that you and your man have to be on the same page when it comes to smoking. Most people are very opinionated about this subject. Either people despise it or they are ok with it. Just know and make known your opinion..

don't think it is unrealistic. maybe depends on what 2 cultures you are referring to.

morning yardies

TIRED very tired! :sleepy:

 We can only imagine why...

Think it depends on the culture. But I bet the union would be very drama-filled if, say, the lady is from some wild & free culture and the man is super conservative.
