i agree w/ u finesse in that i don't understand why Roc would start caring about money when he was w/ her so long w/out her giving any..i dont' know if i believe that is all to it

HOWEVER.. i do know PLENTY of cases where men THOUGHT they could get something out of a women and when that wasn't happening or it stopped happening, they chose someone else that could get the job done..

I agree Quana part of me is like he just didn’t seem that way but then again if you see another goose with a golden egg why not jump on board. It hurts but you would think I would be more hurt. It actually it hasn’t phased me. I'm confused and don’t know why as much as I loved that man I should be in pain... Maybe its because I'm preoccupied or has the storm not hit me yet? Will I drop in a couple of days when I realize what has really happened? Its really really weird. Maybe if I did supply him with money I would be hurt but because I didn’t the most I spent was those plane tickets and I enjoyed the heck out of it so that’s not really a great loss to me.

I mean when I was down there I wanted to go to the restaurants but he wanted to go to the stands on the side of the road. I wanted to do all the tourist things but he taught me how to be a “ Jamaican” and do cheaper things. I wanted to shop at the grocery store but he took me to the markets instead. I wanted to drink at the bar but he wanted to buy a bokkle and make our own drinks instead so if you wanted to spend money why did you never jump at the chance? I’m at a lost for words its like 2 +2 is not equaling 4. But it is what it is….

Things are okay over here. Derron has been working for a little over a month now, which is GREAT! We are "working" on a pickney!! Things I guess are going smoothly... well except for this:

Right now we are arguing over him wanting a dyam Iphone. We really don't have extra money fi no dyam Iphone, but im say he want one! He is crazy!!!! Acting like a child to me and den he ave nerve to say to me dat I need to conserve our money...

ok.. I'm through venting! LOL

we bought our house last july....so for the last year we have painted and decorated almost every room in the house (we went from a shytty azz ghetto 2 bedroom apartment to a pretty nice 4 bedroom 2 bath house) so needless to say we had a lot of furniture to buy

we have been in agreement with everything so far....he likes the yard so I let him do his thing out there....so now we get to the living room and we can't agree....

i'll have to do some shopping to find the perfect combo of sleek/sexy (but not overboard) and comfortable.....

anyone have any suggestions of their favorite home furnishing store?

I love Ikea - my whole living room set is from there - I got my couch for $200 - it was in the clearance - it's an overstuffed squishy one, so comfy - and it comes with different covers to fit so I can change it up if I want -
