Good Morning Quana,

If you going to be in a relationship with someone or if someone is going to live with you I need to meet them because my girls live there. And that's important to me to know who my girl's are around and what type of person they are. hope you can understand. But whom ever he I need to meet him. If he's around the house or living with my girls I need too know.

Well i agree with the right to meet the person who is around that kids... i believe that it should be that way on both side . that was my main problem when my ex started bringing my kids around his now wife he lied and told me he was taking them to his aunts till i found out otherwise ..the rest wasnt pretty...

Wow, crazy day and I can't keep up with the chatter today!

Well, my hubby went fishing last night and caught a lil small fish. I hadn't seen it til we got home. The lil fish was so cute and I asked him why didn't he throw it back since he was small. He said, " yuh don't knoa nothing bout fishing angela" LOL... but he (the fish) was just so darn cute!!! :blush:

03/27/08 Emailed the DS 3032 (hubby never received in mail)

04/02/08 Received notice from NVC that DS 3032 approved... I should be getting something soon, I HOPE

04/14/08 Received I-864 Affidavit of Support... can't wait til this is OVER!!

04/16/08 Mailed off the AOS...

04/23/08 Received the Visa fee bill

05/09/08 Received DS230 letter, will mail this along w/ visa fee soon...

06/11/08 Went to visit my baby...

06/20/08 Celebrated our 1 year Anniversary!!!

06/25/08 Left my hubby... again... HOPEFULLY, this will be the L-A-S-T time!!!

07/23/08 SENT OFF VISA FEE TODAY!! I AM SO EXCITED..HENCE THE ALL CAPS, LOL

10/14/08 Case complete!! Waiting for the interview date.... HURRY PLEASE!!!

01/06/09 Interview date: February 17 @ 7:30AM!!!!!!!

02/03/09 Hubby's dr's appt. (All went well)

02/17/09 Interview day... APPROVED! He should receive his Visa the first week in March.

02/24/09 My bday!! AND hubby was called to pick up his visa!!!! GREAT BDAY GIFT!!

03/27/09 My hubby surprised me at my job!!! Can not believe he's finally here!

Welcome make sure you and hubby check me and my hubby if you're ever in maryland. We went fishing last saturday from 7am to 8pm. 120 fish we caught between 4 people.

I was ready to go about 2pm...but hubby is addicted to fishing. It's fun though.. :dance:

I even have a pink fishing rod. I'm also the one who takes them off the hook...since hubby does clean them. :blush:

seriously tho, listening to mavado, kartel, and busy REALLY helped me understand patois better....they sing so fast so you have to be quick to catch what they are saying...mavado especially...he is really hard to understand

Oh and yea...we went to Walmart (one 15 minutes from our house..there is a much closer one) last night to look at fishing rods. So there is a man and his daughter in the fishing section looking for fishing items. My hubby gave the man a 20 minute fishing listen...telling him what he need to buy...even showed him how to hook up the fishing rig....

I brought a cute t-shirt that say I'm hooked..

I think its a great idea inviting your Mom, less chance for him to act up :star: It's a shame the drama we have to go through with Ex's!

mi a jus find ie this morning, but like u say.. i knew it was coming..and roger say him nuh cyare when they meet, he wants to have a civil relationship for my kids sake..

its all about location.. remember this is a man that tried to pry my cell phone out of my hand in my daugh's hospital room and on into the hallway.. (silly me thinking he would stop for fear of ppl seeing!)

and no long drawn out meeting.. let them meet, ask a few questions and we out.. ex is out of orda.. i can see him saying some rude things just to get under our skin

may even ask my mom to come cuz i would hope he would stay in his place out of respect for her

Of course I did, I don't play when it comes to my food. I pay good $ for those products and they better be up to par. Trust me they know me in that store, I know they are saying here comes the Spanglish speaking Ruvia LOL I have complained about the yams and they made sure they are fresh and the red dirt still on them like fresh out the ground LOL

I had Dasheen and saltfish and tomato last night they better be glad my dasheen was right or I would carry it back too LOL
