Hello Dada, 1luv, Irie, dillon, Nat, Tre, and newly!!!!! I know... it has been a minute since I last graced the yaard! I find myself on FB alot more these days... still getting used to it.

Anyway, hope everyone is well and doing good. What have I missed?? Has anyone's boos made it to the US??? I need to at least make a weekly trip to VJ!! Shame on me!

Hubby is doing well... he's been working for about a month now. Still some adjusting going on, but it is coming along nicely.

My presentation to the management team went well; I could answer every question they asked.

Now I'm sad that I have to remove my access to the SharePoint site I setup for them... I was looking forward to knowing the business before it goes public.

went to my body sculpting class last night and it was rigourous no doubt.. she worked on our arms.. which i love, cuz i want more definition when i have a halter or sleeveless on so YAYYYYY>. back to spins class 2night..

Hey Quanna, you are working it out I have not jogged or exercised in a week I need to get back on my hustle. I swear when I don't exercise I just gain weight, Hubby says its all in my mind but I guess its my body telling me I need exercise. I guess better listen huh? LOL

im trying girl.. i KNOW i have gained weight since roger's been here.. i haven't been on a scale in 2 yrs almost, i just don't weigh myself BUT i can see this belly getting rounder UGH!!! bras fitting tighter..

this is straight madness!!! i guess as a single person or even when i was married.. i didn't eat big home cooked meals like this so often, so it makes a difference..

I just got up. *yawn* Congratulations Jodie! Jengles that is so sad. I hope that you find the best solution for her...maybe you can get her up to speed with something like Sylvan Learning Center. How do you fail every class since 1st grade, and keep moving forward? Absurd! If my son brings home a D, I'm at the school telling them to keep his butt behind. LOL They always tell me that can't keep him back over one bad grade.

I'm feeling better today. I'm happy about any relief I can get. I have more story to post...I'll try to add more to the blog now.
