I-130 address abroad and consular post questions

Hi, I have a few questions about the I-130 form (I'm sorry if the answers are somewhere in the guides or elsewhere on the website - I looked, but couldn't find them).

My husband is in the US, after coming in on the VWP April 1. We decided to get married while he was here, and did on May 26 (he does have proof of his job in Germany, return ticket, etc. to show he originally intended only to visit). My questions are:

For question 19, should we put his old address in Germany, or "none"?

For question 22, should we just answer the first blanks (Buffalo, NY), or should we answer the American consular post blank too, in case he has to go back to Germany?

Are there sample cover letters for the I-130 and I-485 on the website somewhere? I've seen the K-1 cover letters, but none for these.

One more thing - if I'm using a joint sponsor, should I just include their I-864 along with mine and indicate that I've done so on the I-485 cover letter (and the cover letter for the whole package), or should I also indicate this somewhere else? I have this fear that they'll ignore/lose the joint sponsor's form. Also, should I include proof of my student loans/grants with my financial info, even though they aren't taxable?

Thank you so much and, again, I'm sorry if I'm repeating something that's been asked before.

19 - yes - you would place his address he has abroad. (if he came here to just visit, he should still have one)

22. answer both.

Include the co-sponsor I-864 with yours. You really do not need to include the loans/grants (since your co-sponsor is taking the burden of support)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

I just hope they don't mail anything there, as it will take a long time to reach us.
