Most people in the U.S. don't even know where Brasil is, they think it is next to Mexico and Brasilians speak Spanish.

A big percentate of Americans don't know where Washington DC is.

Or that New Mwxico is a state in the U.S.

i agree that many people are geographically challenged; however, the examples you have given are extreme. i would like to meet someone over 12 without a learning disability who can't find DC on a map and is unaware that NM is a state.

p.s. the OP should have googled it before asking such a question in this forum. c'mon. are you for serious?

Please dont attack me. I knew what the language they speak but if you Read my wife was disagreeing with me. So i just want to get a confirm. that is all.. so get off your high horse.

and for you geographically comment, I read a story of a college professor that gave a final exam to his students and over have could not even find Miami on the map. This college was in Miami also. so there is your over 12 without a learning disability.

also if you do not like the question someone asks, just hit the next button and move on.

Obama thinks Austrians speak Austrian. So it's all good.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

my post was in no way an attack. google could have proven your question to your wife (had that been your purpose) better than 100 of your closest strangers. i guess i was just naive to believe that intelligence abounds.

Yeah, I'm soooo not looking forward to getting back to the states when it comes to waxing. Everything here for less than R$20 is fiiiiiiine with me. I'm considering properly learning how to do it before I go back. I'm thinking that if I watch them really well that I might be able to do it myself. Then again, I'm not sure I could bring myself to pull it fast enough (oh the pain!). I could even buy the brands that they use here (the wax itself it probably a lot cheaper here too). Maybe I can open up a shop when I get home......

I guess I could of but also I did not think it would get to 3 pages :P

I was just thinking maybe just maybe 3 or 4 posts at the most

So no harm
