Happy birthday to a man with great style and impeccable taste (as evidenced by prom picture).

March 7, 2005: I-129F NOA1

September 20, 2005: K-1 Interview in London. Visa received shortly thereafter.

AOS

December 30, 2005: I-485 received by USCIS

May 5, 2006: Interview at Phoenix district office. Approval pending FBI background check clearance. AOS finally approved almost two years later: February 14, 2008.

Received 10-year green card February 28, 2008

07/13/10-received notice receipt(gc extended for one year)

07/28/10-received biometric appointment

09/23/10 GC approved!!!

9/26/20 Gota pproval notice

10/01/10 GC receivedd

Thanks babe. Both of us had to work early today. Luz and Robin left before I woke up but I had presents and decorations waiting for me when I woke up. We will celebrate saturday along with the rest of the country. Sort of a dual purpose celebration. Hey, who else gets a big fireworks display for their birthday?

I hope he will make that pull pork. .that was to die for when I visit Gary and Luz. He cooks a mean bar-b-que. Heck i swear it was some of the best I had.

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX
