I don't think so...coz ur already married. You will have certain vaccinations during your medical because you're pregnant.. The only problem will be if you had your visa and you're almost due. then I don't think your OBgyne will let you fly to US. then you have to wait until your delivery.

Your status. No.... You will have to deal with the child's citizenship issues after birth if born in the PI.

YMMV

When did u apply for your I-130?As I know you can travel upto 8months preggy. One VJ member here travelled when she was on 8months preggy and she gave birth here in the US.

If you will give birth there sa pinas, you need to report your baby's birth to USEM...in short CRBA process...just like what happened to my daughter.I went to USEM to report her birth and applied for her US passport.

The USCIS or Deparment of State will not expedite your petition because of pregnancy. You will need to get the baby's passport from the USEM after birth.

Most airlines will not allow you to fly during the third trimester unless you have writen permission from a Doctor. Since you just started the visa process, I doubt you will need to worry about flying while pregnant.

Pwedeng ikaw lng mag-report ng birth ng baby nyo...i-send lng sau ni hubby mo yung mga documents na kailangan na manggaling sa knya.FedEx nman magpick-up nung CRBA package pag ready nyo na i-send.Ako lng nag-attend sa CRBA appointment ng anak nmin kc and2 sya nun sa US.Bale pinadala ko na lng sa knya yung mga forms pra sya mag-filled up then sinend back nya sken ksma yung ibang supporting documents galing sa knya then,in-organized ko tpos pina-pick up ko sa FedEx,then ACS-USEM called me for my daughter's appointment date and time.

Pero kung ako sayo, mas maganda d2 ka manganak pra wla ka na asikasuhin dyan after ng visa mo.Ok ang mga doctor dito at may insurance nman eh.Pwede kna isama ni hubby mo sa insurance kc kasal kayo.

Good luck.

Unless you have health insurance, good health insurance immediately upon arrival in the USA, have your baby in the RP.

Word that, and make sure they'll cover it as most won't since its pre-existing. Otherwise the cost could be as high as $20,000.
