If you have an A# you should provide it wherever it's asked for.

I just checked and can find no place to put an "A" number on the DS0230, should we add it to the top of each page or just wait until the interview and let the case officer tell us if it is needed?

So, if my RFE has an A number, should we include it on the space in my husband's DS-230?

As Yodrak stated, you'll put it in any block that asks for it...

On the DS-230, it is only asked in Q.25, if applicable.

Although asked on some forms early in the process (I-129F, I-130), most beneficiaries do not have one at the time of this petition filing. K1 and K3 should get this on NOA2, or those getting the IMBRA RFE are getting them on the RFE.

The next place you should see this is probably the GIV-24 (I'm assuming Taiwan will issue this based on the fact that GUZ does)...

But just check all forms carefully as you fill them out... Keep this number handy, as well as the case number and a few others. If she comes here on K3 and adjusts status here, you'll need it then too.
