Hey, guys I've been looking through the FAQs and found that if i marry a person here in the U.S. that is on a J-1 student visa that they need a waiver. what does this mean? will she have to return to her home country? and If we are filing I-130 with I-485 do we send to the same location or there separate lock boxes? thanks.
