Vaccinations

My Fiance arrived with a K1 Sunday June 28, and didnt have the vaccinations in Manila during the medical exam. They gave her a Vaccination Documentation Worksheet that lists about twenty different vaccinations, but she tells me the doctor in the Manila exam told her she would need five. The problem is the doctor didnt check off any of the twenty or so different names of vaccinations on this sheet. Does anyone know which five the doctor was likely referring to?

The other question I have is where I can get these vaccinations done. I read something on the VJ Guide to AOS about medical exams through Civil Surgeons who are recognized by Immigration, and I know these same Civil Surgeons can do the Vaccinations; however, if a person entered on a K1 they do not need the exam (because they already had the medical before they left their country). If I can get the Vaccinations done by our family physician through my health insurance (which I am adding her to), the plan covers specific immunizations for no charge. If I can't use any physician, and must use one of these Civil Surgeons, I need to know that. I have also wondered about simply going to a local County Health Department Office that offers Immunizations.

The vaccinations required for a green card can be given by the local Public Health Office at a low cost. They will provide the necessary certification.

It's from the London medical information but it should be the same for all countries, I just couldn't find it on the CDC website. It defines what is medically appropriate based on age.

And of course if something says "not available in UK" it will still be required since she's in the US now.

you can get the vaccinations anywhere, doesn't really matter, BUT there is a form that needs to be filed out by a Civil Surgeon ONLY, the form it's called I-693.
