Hi I recieved my case number from NVC today for my husband for the K3 I-129 F but I want to pursue the CR1 I was told by someone I jut have to ignore it and wait for the CR1 case number:

Well if you are going to do CR-1 instead of K3 visa then USA gov will send u letter with case number for K3 visa and ignore it after that u will also get another letter which will show CR-1 visa case number then u will get fee request for CR-1 after paying that fee which is 470$ then gather all following items with the recipet of payment fee u will need to send following items to NVC .

Here is a list of documents required:

1. original certified copies of your final divorce decrees, if applicable

2. original certified copy of your birth certificate

3. original or original certified copy of your husband's birth certificate

4. original or original certified copy of your marriage certificate

5. two passport photos of your husband (see attached)

6. copy of your husband's passport (photo/signature) page; the photo must be

clear, so a good copy is needed

7. original police clearance; he will also need original police from any other countries

he has been in for more than six months after the age of 16 (if not in

English, they must have an original certified English translation)

8. Completed Original forms DS-230 Part 1 & Part 2 (please see partially completed forms attached, please have your husband sign the DS-230 Part1 and send the original signed form)

9. Completed I-864 Affidavit of Support (please sign and send original to me)

Thanks .

want to make sure I don't miss anything ....
