Okay, I just got touched on 6/30/09. I can not imagine they did anything but move my file cabinet full of my application from one room to the next. But I can hope for something, can't I?

I never got touched except on NOA2 day and then the next day to update the online case tracking and to send me an email.

We got through in 104 days but prior to the April/May big slowdown, folks were getting through in as little as 43 days.

I'd say start looking over the next set of forms. Tax transcripts can be applied for, more evidence of relationship, etc.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Our case didnt get touched at all except when it was interview time. I saw cases all over the different forums that got touched all the time, I thought maybe it was me and my cows.

Maybe I got touched because of past K1 filings and my waiver request; maybe because of past divorces and maybe because of the size of my application or maybe because the moon transited some obscure star in the middle of my zodiac
