Mo Bay Hope Medical Appt!

Hello, I have a questions in reference to the medical.

I. For those of you that have siginificant others that went to Mo Bay Hope, what vaccinations were they requirred to get on the spot and how much were they? (PS. I have the required vaccination documents from US immigration, I am simply asking for peoples experience and costs)

II. For children, was the chicken pox vaccination required? and if so, how much was it?

did mine in kingston not sure if mobay price is different but yes if the child never had chicken pox before you will be getting it, thats if u decide. My daughter is 3 she got it. the price i think was about $6000 or more but not less. its a very expensive vaccine mine was $8000.

sometimes u don't even know what vaccines u r gonna get until the panel physician decide, doubt ur gonna get a definitive answer, it depends on u and what vaccine u already have.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I know it depends on the person. I just wanted to get a feel for what people have gone through and what they were paying.

Example: My SO had to get MMR, Polio, Chicken Pox and the cost was $X.

Mo Bay Hope is saying that each individual should bring $15000 JA more then the medical for required vaccinations, if necessary. So, im thinking if a person never received vaccinations there was a small core that must be started before they enter the US. Just a thought.

My fiance just went to MoBay Hope and got 3 shots. I believe they were MMR, Chicken Pox and I forget the third one. It cost a little over $14,000 including the medical exam.

I think that the best option, if you have time, is to get all the required shots prior to the medical, and make sure you have proof of them to take to the medical.

My husband had his medical last July at MoBay Hope and after the doctor examined his immunization records he needed to have an MMR and a Tetnus shot which including the medical exam it cost him about $12,000J. He had already had the chicken pox and told the doctor that so they did not require him to have the chicken pox vaccine.

So, the medical is offically over. No shots required. Mo Bay Hope was not bad at all.
