Where do I send the RFE to? My case was trasfered from Nebraska to California and I'm wondering where to send the RFE to..... is it to the address they put in that box on the bottom of the RFE page??

I sent my RFE using certified mail with the return receipt. Since the address is a P O box, will somebody sign the receipt? Has anybody have the experience?
