The place where I got the my order order frm could not give me one for $535, so I had to make one for $500 and one for $35. As silly as this may sound, will it be okay to send like this or do they obsolutely want one money order for $535.

Thanks!

Well that prefer if its on one rather than two but I think you should be ok. Just make sure you clip them together alongwith other doucments for I-751 using paper clipers. Don't staple them.

Good Luck.

two money orders shouldn't matter..

but isn't the total fee for removing conditions 545 dollars?

$465 (plus $80 biometric service fee)

Make them for $465 and $80 with a total of $545. You may confuse them especially if you are $10 short.

After correcting the amount, make sure and also write your name and A# on each cheque.

Oh.. and in your cover letter ... state that you are sending two cheques/money orders and list the numbers and amounts.

Hi Merlion,

Sorry I didn't catch it but the total Payment amount is infact $545= $465 I-751+$80 Biometric, thanks "Haole" for pointing it out.

Please got to USPS they do money orders with minimum charge or have your bank do it for you. Make it to

U.S. Department of Homeland Security no abbreviations.

and put your A# on it (thanks mozplay for that pointer) and in the from section your name and address. No need for address in the "To" Section only put

U.S. Department of Homeland Security in "TO" section.

Shouldn't this be in one check for $545($465 I-751+$80 Biometric) and not 2 separate checks for $465 and $80?!

Thanks a lot for all the answers. I made the correction for $545.

Can someone clarify for me if I need to include 2 passport pictures or not?

I do not think so based on what I read on instructions, but I am double checking..just in case.

Thanks a lot!

Will it be okay if I send pictures and write description on the back of each picture? I need to send this in already!

Hi,

If you are filing within US you don't need to send passport size photographs, read the I-751 instructions on USCIS website.. But do send family photos.

Good Luck.
