Hieu has a letter from IOM where she got 2 rounds of vaccines in Viet Nam. The letter states that she is supposed to have a 3rd round to follow up in six months, which was yesterday. Where do we go? Is there an IOM office here in LA? or do we just go to a clinic and show them the forms? or is this part of her AOS biometrics?

Usually the county health department is the least expensive place to get this done.

You should be able to get the vaccination record that you have transferred to an I-693 by a US Civil surgeon for AOS.

AOS Biometrics is ONLY (Fingerprints, Photo, and signature) NOT vaccinations.
