guys, i try to change the arrangment to VSC and CSC, but i dont know if that going help in anything or not

Bump!

Very cool! When we went to Seattle to get my hubby's Biometrics there was this HUGE line outside. We were kinda worried as we were already running late. Come to find out that the line is the "Viewing line"- there was a Naturalization Ceremony going on! Way cool. We were scooted past them and went to Line 2. It was kinda fun watching the line 4 people go up and get there booklet and an american flag and a congratulations! :thumbs: In the end there were about 4 other people waiting for Window 11 (Bio) and we were already sorta late so within 5 min my hubby was called. My daughter and I went to check out the vending machines and by the time my daughter selected her shortbread cookies he was out and ready to go. Took a quick peek into the conference room and there were a bunch of military guys in tan camo along the back wall. :blink: kinda scary, luckily no large weapons....lol :star:

Oh and of course got "Touched" the day after. Just says they got our packet and we are at CSC per usual. The wait time says 6 months.

Aug 23: AOS Interview! APPROVED!!

Aug 30: Welcome to America! letter arrived.

Sept 7: Greencard arrived in the mail!

May: Received Notice about Greencard Expiration end of August

July 15: Sent packet in mail!! (FINALLY!!)

July 16: Packet arrives @ CSC 10:52am Signed by V. Semegi

July 24: Received NOA (posted 7/21)

July 30: Received Bio Appt Letter in Mail

August 20 @ 2pm: Biometrics Appt. –

Sept 12: Approved!! Should be getting card within 60 days..

April 22: Mailing N400 Citizenship packet to Phoenix AZ! (about time!)

Hi everyone. I can't believe I'm posting this message so soon... My husband received his "approval" letter a few days ago, post marked August 20th. And today he has already received his permanent resident card! Looks like we can finally relax now. Well, until our first baby is born in 5 weeks anyway!

Time to look into how to get our son dual citizenship now. Could be a new headache for us. :)

I think they posted in the wrong subforum though... one is K-1 and the other one is DCF.

We did DCF back in January 2007. We just removed conditions and now he has his 10 year green card.
