I'm little bit confused with this NOA1. On fourth paragraph, they wanted to ask for more evidence like Lease or joint ownership of assets, joint mortgage agreement and/or property deed, birth certificate(born from marriage), and joint policies of life, medical and/or car insurance. I sent our cars' insurance and title that shows our both names. Should I bother or not be bother to send some more evidence?

Why confused. The letter is very clear. Shows at the start of that paragraph "If you have not already done so," so is obvious that if you already submitted the evidence you don't need to do it again...

06/10/10 - NOA received

06/16/10 - Case available online

06/17/10 - Case online showing RFE (Biometrics notice) sent on 06/16/10

06/21/10 - Biometrics Letter Received

07/08/10 - Biometrics appointment

07/07/10 - Walk in Biometrics

08/06/10 - Email / Text for for new case status: "Test and Interview"

08/09/10 - Interview Appointment letter received for 09/13/10

09/13/10 - Interview Approved!

Hi everyone,

I have a silly question ,can someone pls answer me?

I am little bit confused about it, I had my biometrics appointment completed on August 1st saturday Now today when I checked my case status online at USCIS web page I see a new LUD date changed for august 3rd.

Now what that suppose to mean ?

Did they send my fingerprints to FBI? or does it mean that they got any type of response from FBI? or is it just that they already know my biometrics completed and just putting my file on a shelf to wait?

does anyone knows what exectly this update means after biometrics?

July.10.2007 Sent off AOS and AP.
July 18.2007 Applied for SSN in married name.
August.7.2007 Biometrics appt at 8 am
August.20.2007 Advance parole came in post...wow that was quick.
August.24 2007 Got interview date for 5th oct.
October 5, 2007 Approved!
October.11.2007 Welcome letter came in mail.
October.18.2007 Greencard in mail...yayyayayayayay
July 13th 2009- here we go again..Removal of Conditions.
July 17th 2009- Check cashed.
July 20th 2009- NOA received.receipt date 07/15/09.
Aug 10th 2009- Biometrics appointment @ 11am.
Nov 20th 2009 -10 year Green Card arrive.
