I have my package going in on Monday.
Evidence included:

I-751 Form - Petition to Remove Conditions

Copy of front and rear of Permanent Resident Card

Photos of applicant and spouse (March 2008, August 2008 and May 2009)

Copy of auto lease from May 2007

Lease, 2008-2009

Lease, 2009-2010

Credit card statement (November 2007)

Joint Bank Account statements (Dec 2007, May 2008, Oct 2008, Jan 2009, March 2009 and June 2009)

Joint Income Tax Return for 2007

Joint Income Tax Return for 2008

Took about 30 minutes to put together and I am happy that it is sufficient based upon what I saw last time. The AOS interview back in '07 took about 5 mins and we included a similar amount of evidence last time so I am not going overboard.

My husband and I are getting ready to send my I-751 requirements. I see above that you are also sending "Photos of applicant and spouse (March 2008, August 2008 and May 2009)". Please let me know what these photos are? I am kind of confuse

Photos add to proof you are togehter, say photos at the beach? Photos eating out? Any vacation photos etc

Sorry, just spotted this. As NARocks indicated they were photos taken at various times throughout the last two years. I am sure you similarly have dozens of photos taken at family get together, holidays such as Christmas etc. Just include a few taken a reasonable intervals in your pack.

If you don't have any DON'T try to fake them as suggested by someone in another thread. Photos are not mandatory but are a very visual way of authenticating the fact that you have been together for a while. Before someone says you can get 10 taken on one day in different outfits I can tell you that on my photos it was obvious they were taken at different times. We had different hair lengths, tans, weather etc. The inspectors have seen it all thousands of times so just play it by the rules and you will be fine.

Has anyone gone to the bio with their spouse? I'd like to go with him, since he's not familiar with that part of town. But if it's a quick appointment, I could always wait in the car I suppose!

Congrats to everyone. Seems like the bios are at least moving fast.

Thanks to whoever capitalized my name on the list. I just added our NOA1 date. I noticed the time it was received is also listed (23:09). Pretty late at night.
